Uli’s impressive career includes positions at the National Arboretum, Wave Hill, and as the Curator of Native Plants at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. A lifelong enthusiast of plants and biodiversity, Uli continues to study the region’s ecosystems, collect seeds from the wild, and introduce new plants to gardens. Our Mission
We provide support for the design and beautification of parks and green spaces, we encourage civic achievement in horticulture and conservation through grants and awards, we educate the public on horticultural practices and the natural environment, and we advocate for our parks and our environment.
The Blossom Fund
In 1997 we formed The Blossom Fund that provides “seed” monies to assist in launching projects of horticultural impact within Boston. Our belief is that a healthy urban population and vibrant economic hub will benefit all.
